Our latest Decaf comes from Finca El Hato, a small 150 hectare farm in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala. Expect a punchy coffee with a dark chocolate and big nutty flavour profile. The sweetness comes through with a delicious tangerine finish.
The coffee has been decaffeinated using a natural liquid CO2 solution which is extremely effective at removing the caffeine compound in the green bean without removing any flavour. A huge benefit for specialty coffee roasters like us.
