An easy drinking everyday brew for those who enjoy a clean, sweet, well rounded coffee but with a tad more complexity than your usual choc and nuts profile. We’ve been enjoying this on batch brew by the mugful but works well on all brew methods.
Rwanda coffee much like much of east Africa is collectively grown by many small producers who each grow a small amount of coffee. Their coffee cherries are then processed at a central washing station and sorted by quality. This coffee comes from the Gatare washing station in the Western province.
