Our first coffee from Indonesia since we started roasting back in 2020. We were blown away by the quality and clarity of this coffee. Nothing like the traditional Indo coffee profile we have tried before. We brewed this coffee on espresso at the London Coffee Festival this year and went down a storm. The floral element really comes through when brewed on filter. We recommend resting this coffee for at least 1 month after the roast date to get the most out of it.
